Completely renovated villa with high qualities and exquisite decoration, located on a large plot, with unobstructed views, many outdoor areas and just 10 minutes by car from the spectacular beach of Muro.
It is a house with a very unique design, which revolves around the long swimming pool that is part of the interior courtyard and communicates directly with the outdoor area.
On the roof there is a chill out area with beautiful 360º views.
On the ground floor we find a beautiful entrance with a fountain and a beautiful and quiet waiting and relaxing area. From the entrance, with glass doors, you can already see the beautiful interior patio with the swimming pool that communicates with the huge terrace at the end where there is another summer dining room with two barbecues (wood and gas) as well as a large area with lawn perfect to enjoy the tranquillity and views of the house.
On the right side of the courtyard we find a spacious living room with several rooms and the dining room, both connected but semi-separated by the central fireplace that divides them. On this same side we also find the beautiful kitchen, with all the high-end appliances, as well as osmosis thanks to which we can drink the tap water fully purified.
From the same central entrance, on the left side of the house we find an office, as well as all the bedrooms, all of them with en-suite bathrooms, all with shower. The master bedroom also has a shower with a bathtub.
In the lower area of the house we find a gym, a toilet and a service area.
