Positive: We liked the view, location, balcony furniture, pool, splash pad, lazy river, beds were comfortable, clean
Negative: Things we didn’t like; Elevator wait times very long, elevator lobbies extremely hot no airflow, can only lock the master bathroom door, all the other “lockable” doors can be unlocked with a very slight jiggle of the handle and caused a couple of embarrassing accidental walk-ins, found a pair of underwear waded up in the night stand, dirty pans in the cabinets, garbage disposal clogged and breaker tripped (we fixed ourselves) refrigerator very wobbly (also fixed ourselves) microwave door flimsy feels like it’s going to break, no hot water in master tub (reimbursed a small amount for that), tvs very slow to respond
