Bedroom number 3 comes with 2 single beds with optional single(upon request). Dual sinks with a shower/tub combo in 2nd bathroom. Kitchen is fully supplied new appliances, big farm sink with all the necessities and amenities including coffee maker& grinder. All linens/bedding and towels are included. Washer and dryer located in laundry room. Spacious, private, grass filled back yard w/BBQ with tons of patio space and outdoor furniture surrounded by a 6 foot block fence . There is a 2-car garage, large 3 car driveway and additional space on the street. Front yard is desert landscaping but also fenced and secure. Quick drive to all highways, entertainment, sports and other activities. Dogs are an option, plenty of space. Cable TV and WI-FI included. Cleaning available for an additional fee. Smoking allowed out and away from the house.
