Summary: I’ll caveat this by noting there were many, many delays at Charlotte airport, rendering a large number of people scrambling for a hotel room. With that being said, it was more than an hour in line to check in — no, that’s not an exaggeration: 12:32a - 1:34a. There were two people at the front desk, a woman and a man. The woman was fantastic; she had a good disposition and was checking people in while answering the phone. The man was basically refusing to help anyone and was very rude. The room was older, however bedding was updated and beds were comfortable, but it was NOT a $200 a night room. It was more akin to a budget hotel with many things needing attention including two of the three locks on my room. Overall, it was a last minute need and it met that, but I wouldn’t stay here again.
