This two bedroom one bath cottage has turn of the century detail with all the convenient amenities of the modern age. The first floor consists of a stylish living, dining area with extra bar seating overlooking the kitchen. The kitchen has clean lines, slate floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher. Laundry off the kitchen has a full size washer and dryer. Half bath is located under the stairs.
Second floor consists of two bedrooms with heart pine floors throughout and the full bath. The front bedroom has a king bed, side tables and a closet. The middle bedroom has a queen bed and closet.
The home is located in Southern part of Savannah's Historic District, which is 1 mile from Forsyth Park. Walkable to local hotspots Two Tides Brewing Co. and food truck park Starland Yard.
