There are two bedrooms on the main floor and a pull out sofa for extra room. There is one brand new bathroom on the main floor, along with a brand new kitchen, dining area, and living room with access to the backyard through beautiful french doors. The screened in front porch creates a welcoming entrance, furnished with ample seating, perfect for relaxing with your family. Downstairs has a cozy feel with new white washed Pine walls. It has a laundry area with a washer and dryer, seating area perfect for kids or relaxing with a good book. There is a den downstairs as well, fitted with a couch and a television. There is new flooring throughout the house, along with reclaimed barnwood for the trim, staircase, and accent wall in the master bedroom. There is a back yard feauturing outside seating and a firepit to enjoy. Also available is outside cooking with a charcoal grill.
The bungalow is minutes away from the beach, shopping, horseback riding, fishing, boat launch, great restaurants, the Painted Pony Rodeo, Six Flags Great Escape, Extreme Adventure, and more! Lake George, Saratoga, and Glens Falls are all just a short drive away.
