You will arrive at a privacy gate, and drive down a 600 ft. driveway. The apartment is at the end of the drive with no neighbors. It is peaceful, safe and quiet. The garage apartment is a brand new construction. My husband and I built this stunning place with comfort in mind. The place has a rustic elegance about it. The outdoor space is also has a very rustic feel. There is a lagoon behind the apartment that is full of nature, such as ducks, turtles, otters, geese. There is a sitting area under the balcony to drink a cup of coffee and enjoy the wildlife. You can also grill a burger under there. There's a gorgeous outdoir space that is shared with us, it includes small stove top, oven, sink, gas grill, refrigerator 3 separate seating areas, hot tub, outdoor shower, changing room and fireplace. We are outside the city limits, but a stones throw from great restaurants, entertainment, and the boats. The only thing missing is you!
