Summary: Mattresses were so bad. They had metal springs and painful to sleep on. Kitchen soap and paper towels, dish towel missing. Not enough toilet paper. Elevator was out of order. Fire alarm went off. Sofa so uncomfortable. Place has no hospitality service. Bath tub stained.
