Summary: While check in was a bit frustrating - the mobile check in kept saying our room wasn’t ready & there was no one at the front desk - the agent who check us in was super nice and friendly. The property itself was nice but our safety was questionable. First night when we pulled up there was a random man who walked up to us with a bloody nose and a bag saying he couldn’t order an uber. The room was decent. There was random hair everywhere like it could use a good dusting and the humidity was so terrible that the pillows in the bedroom just felt wet. The comforter was EXTREMELY thin and cheap and the pullout sofa was an insult. There’s no way someone should have to sleep on that. But the staff was exceptional and it did serve our needs, especially since we needed to bring our doggy with us on a last minute trip. Probably wouldn’t return but could have been a worse experience.
