Summary: My friends and I loved our stay! We had 3 nights of fun and we loved the amenities, the decor, the location, the amount of space/beds, etc. It was great to be a quick walk to the water. One night we decided to do a bonfire and it was as simple as buying wood and walking 2 minutes to make that happen. The hosts were great communicators and very helpful! While we loved the space and the listing does note about "tenants below" 1x, my group did forget about that detail and had to adjust to the idea of quiet hours. This is a large condo vs a house. However, we did not have any issue with any of the neighbors. The two decks also were amazing since we got beautiful weather. We all just drank our coffee and chatted for hours in the morning. I do recommend this listing!
