Summary: The hotel grounds are shabby. Very weedy and the grass needs cutting. The pavement is crumbling. There was a poor guy hand weeding out front and he’ll be employed for days. The entrance and hallways were dreary and there was a moldy smell in the hallways. The actual room was clean and quite pleasant.
