This beautifully decorated condo features a splendid living room & dining room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, convenient laundry room and lanai.
The master bedroom has a newly renovated private bathroom featuring double shower and double sinks. The guest bedroom has two twin beds (you can do a king bed if you bring together the twin beds). A 2nd full bathroom is adjacent to the guest rooms.
There is a comfortable trundle bed in the den that sleeps two.
The living room features a large flat screen TV and the two remaining TVs are in the master bedroom and den. The beds and most all the furniture have been recently purchased.
Just a short 15 min walk to the beautiful Vanderbilt Beach & Delnor Wiggins State Park.

We stayed at this lovely condo in April. It is a beautifully furnished, immaculately kept unit in a lovely area of North Naples. The condo is a 5 minute bike ride to Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor Wiggins State Park, and is an easy 5 minute drive to Mercato, Publix, Walgreens and all amenities. We found the professionally decorated villa to have every convenience for a wonderful relaxing holiday. We can't wait to go back !

I've never felt more at home while being at Vanderbilt Villas, it was so quiet and when I did happen to run into someone they were absolutely amazing to talk to! I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get away! To make this place even better it was fully equipped with everything you would want! Even down to the toothbrush it you forgot yours! Dealing with the owners was an absolute breath of fresh air, I will 100% be going back. The town of Naples moved up to my favourite place I've yet to visit!
NYC Dweller - Stocked & Well Cared For
The owners could not have been more accommodating and when we arrived we were pleasantly surprised- as the pictures really don't do the property justice. The main living room, master bedroom and 2nd bedroom were fully appointed and clean. The entire place was stocked too- all the plush towels you could ever want (both for the beach and for the home), detergent , soap and shampoo, 2 beach chairs, an umbrella etc... They really did think of everything form a supplies standpoint and it was charmingly and sparingly decorated- which I like in a rental. The only thing I would change is the fact that in the 3rd Bedroom they had a pull out couch when they should have a full bed. It’s kind of set up as an office- which I can't imagine it is used for very much. If they throw in a comfy bed in the 3rd BR then this gets 5 stars.
