Positive: Ideal location. Cosy. It stayed cool, even during a record-breaking heat wave. Extremely quiet street. Some of the nicest hosts, I've ever had. BTW, for joggers, it is minutes by foot from great running tracks in the forests around Stuttgart!

Summary: I would definitely book this property again.
