The diversity of its residents is what gives Villeurbanne its originality and charm. With a strong cultural heritage, it includes historic sites such as the Gratte-Ciel, the City Hall, the National Popular Theater, Anatole France School, the Maison du Livre, de l'Image et du Son, Studio 24, the Astroballe (ASVEL), and the former Bayard and Bally factories.
