Positive: We liked the location of this property, it was close to the beach , just walking distance approx 15-20 min, Kitchen was well equipped, too much plastic dishes, and not enough cutleries. Wineclasses are missing, only 3 pcs. Pans are enough and good condtion. The rooms are enough big, and walking closets are good, wide beds are in every room.
Negative: First of all - the biggest problem was in backyard- it was so dirty, that we need to clean it up at first - all kind of leaves, papers, children staff etc. It was not healhty to lay down and took a sun there. It took a lot of our precious vacationtime and it took for us almost a day to have it condition we could have good time to spend our vacation. The sofacovers were so dirty and we need to take these off and wash it in washingmachine. Pool was also dirty and we asked the cleaner to clean it up, so it was done during the 2 hours. We complained these problems, but nobody answered to our request. And finally we need to deal with these problems ourselves. in terrasse around the grill area, the floor was dirty and it was clear that nobody has not clean it uo for a years. We cleaned it . The communication was not good, they actually ignored us. Our problems were not accounted, and they even did not come to see the backyard and the problems we pointed. Last we asked to late check out, but they did not allowed it. The cleaner came exactly 11.00 and waited in the car when we are leaving. The same time this property was still available in booking.com. but they said they have new quests are coming and we need to check out right away. we were bvery disappointed for the owner of this property.
