The main level accommodates large groups with ease, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for creating your favorite meals, and with seating for 3 at the large center island plus nearby dining room seating for 8 guests.
The staircase leads to the second floor primary suite which features a KING bed, separate sitting area with fireplace, Smart flat-screen TV and a serene, and spa-like private bath. The primary suite steps out to a serene, private balcony with a bedswing that beckons for coffee at sunrise or afternoons spent reading a book. On this level you'll find 2 additional guest bedroom suites, each with a QUEEN bed and each with a private ensuite bath.
The third level features a comfortable media room, perfect for nights filled with game playing or movie watching. The QUEEN sleeper sofa in the media room offers extra options for sleeping. Additionally on this level you'll find a bedroom with a KING bed and private bath.
With it's "in the heart of it all" location, you're just steps from the Canteen eatery, The Palmetto Bluff Conservancy, the Moreland fire-pit and the walking & biking trails that wind along breathtaking tidal creeks. You're just a short walk or bike ride away from Moreland Landing, The Moreland Treehouse and Moreland Dock for fishing and boating excursions. Not only will you enjoy all there is to do in Moreland Village, you're just 3 miles from Wilson Village where you can enjoy shopping, dining and nightly s'mores around fire pit. Lake Bales Sunrise House includes a full-sized stack Washer/Dryer, ample parking in the 2-car garage, WIFI, throughout the townhouse, and flat-screen TV's in every bedroom. An elevator can be made available with a signed waiver for those who need the use of one.
