This Spacious 4 bedroom (2 master suites), 3 bath, newly remodeled kitchen, new furniture, pool, outdoor bbq area, jacuzzi, fire pit and championship ping pong table is the PERFECT vacation home. This modern home & its amazing landscaping & amenities is close to all of the fun, PS airport and numerous golf courses. A perfect place to relax & gather with friends.
There are 2 spacious master bedrooms w/ king beds. Each with en-suite bathrooms and sliders out to the pool area. 2 additional bedrooms w/ queen beds share a hallway bathroom.
The backyard is best left up to the pictures. It's complete with outdoor BBQ/Bar, covered lounge area, and even real grass.
From OCT 1 - APR 30, pool heat is included in rates. There is no need to request pool heating. The pool is heated up to 87º and runs 7A-7P. If you would like pool heat outside of these dates, there is an additional $50/day. These fees will be requested after booking confirmation, but prior to your arrival.
Hot tub heating is available at the home and activated using a remote. The hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival.

-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
