Coach House is the old stable block of the house. It is adjacent to the main house but separate and private. Coach House was built in 1861 by Isaac Ernest Hodgson; his initials IEH indelibly marked in the walls. The garden areas for all three properties are separate but can be enjoyed together for larger parties. The arrangements are flexible to suit guest needs - the three properties can be rented separately or together. In both cottages, the open plan living room/kitchen areas are situated on the first floor to take advantage of the views across the Solway Firth and its incomparable sunsets. The properties are set in substantial wooded gardens, with formal lawns, orchard and patio areas, enclosed and surrounded by countryside.
