The 2nd bedroom (queen, twin trundle) faces west and has its own on-suite bathroom and balcony. The upper floor of this two-level condo is the newly remodeled kitchen. Glass balcony doors flank both sides of the dining and living areas. In the living room enjoy comfortable seating and a cozy fireplace while watching your favorite sporting event on the big screen TV.

The Antigua Penthouse resides on the 3rd & 4th floors of a four-story commercial building in the heart of Rosemary Beach's olde world village. A fine art gallery is on the ground level and fronts Main Street. Next door is Edwards Cafe as well as the Summer Kitchen cafe. Across the street is the Pearl Hotel and Bar. An elevator adjacent to your reserved parking space opens to the Antigua Penthouse front door (third floor). Once inside the condo, stairs are required to access the upper level living areas (fourth floor). Enjoy an unforgettable stay at the Antigua Penthouse!
