The Mauna Sunrise is a large private four bedroom, two and a half bathroom, two story home. The home has a king, two queens, two singles and a queen-size pull out couch in the living room allowing plenty of space and sleeping for a large family or even two families traveling together. On the main level there is a large open living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and the Master Bedroom and master bath along with an additional half bath off the hallway. Downstairs there are three bedrooms, one bathroom, along with a kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, burner plate, coffee maker, blender and other kitchen necessities. Split AC units and fans are provided throughout the house but often are unused because of the cooling trade winds on the mountain side. The home is in an upscale residential community... newly listed with us and ready for you!
Situated on one of East Honolulu's beautiful ridges, the location is serene and picturesque! There are ocean and mountain vistas from every room. Just twenty minutes east of Diamond Head and Waikiki, yet away from the hustle and bustle of more touristy areas. It's just a few miles to Sandy Beach and the well known nature preserve at Hanauma Bay, as well as fifteen minutes to Waimanalo Beach, one of the best beaches on the Island! Safeway, Costco, many restaurants, theaters and all kinds of Water Sports activities are all within a mile. Maunalua Bay is the home base for competition paddlers, amateur fishermen, and everything in between. Just the perfect "home away from home" for your stay!
