Views, views and more views! All while being only minutes to town. This newly constructed home is the perfect get-away from the hectic day to day life. The Ridgeview Retreat was named that by its owner because it truly is a retreat. The owners wanted year-round views and they got them...gaze at the mountains out front and back from both the living room and dining room...and each bedroom has views of mountains as well! This modern, yet rustic home is situated on all paved roads in NW Asheville, NC. With its great location, it is approximately 20 minutes to the center of Downtown Asheville and the quaint town of Weaverville is approximately 15 minutes away.
This home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sitting decks out front and back to enjoy the stunning views. Imagine starting your day with breakfast on the back deck while watching the spectacular sunrise over the mountains...and ending your day sitting on the front porch, relaxing and watching the stunning colors of the sunsets over the mountains. This Retreat makes that a possibility! Nature lovers will love the Asheville area as there are many trails, waterfalls and the ever-famous Blue Ridge Parkway. Are you a stargazer, then on a clear night, be prepared for a stunning view of the stars from the deck of this mountain home. And for you bicycle enthusiasts, the tours of the mountains are only minutes away.
Inside you will find a fully furnished home with everything you need to just drop your suitcase & enjoy your stay! The living room has seating for 6, a 50" Smart TV and views of the mountains. There is a dining room table along with bar stools to sit at the kitchen bar. A fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave and plenty of dishes and cookware. A washer and dryer are on-site as well. The Master Bedroom has a King size Sleep Number Bed, a 50" Smart TV & a 52” remote controlled ceiling fan. Guest bedroom #1 has a King size bed, a 50” Smart TV & a remote control ceiling fan. Guest bedroom #2 has a Queen size bed, a 50” Smart TV & a remote control ceiling fan. Both bathrooms have rain-shower shower heads. Cable TV and Wi-Fi are also provided and there is good cell phone signal at this mountain retreat. This home comfortably sleeps 6 and is outfitted with a Patriot UV Light Air Purifier. There are 2 seating areas out back...one off the main living area and one on the bottom. The top deck has a sectional sofa, pub table w/2 chairs, a propane fire pit and a gas grill. The bottom area is outfitted with an outside table and 8 chairs along with a fun Corn Hole game for a little friendly competition.
This mountain home is truly a find...great mountain views all while being only a short drive to shopping and fun. An Ingles grocery store with a Starbucks inside is only a short drive of approximately 10 minutes away.
Some area attractions include the Biltmore Estate, the Blue Ridge Parkway, the Asheville Adventure Park, microbreweries, art galleries and of course, the Chocolate Lounge! The main attraction of the mountains is all around in Asheville...it seems that there are views of mountains at every turn. And in case you aren't familiar, Asheville is known for its delicious and outstanding food! There are too many restaurants to list, but know that there are many delectable choices.
