The open living room, dining room and kitchen area flows to scenic outdoor decks, with a hot tub and gas BBQ, that offer stunning views of the ocean and overlook a large garden. A perfect location for a family or group that loves to entertain, or those who just enjoy the stunning Santa Barbara scenery and weather.
~ Approximately 2800 sq. ft, with hardwood floors throughout, the upper floor of this bi-level home hosts the main living areas, plus four bedrooms and two bathrooms - Bedroom #1 (California King bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and stand alone tub).
