This three-bedroom home is set on nearly an acre and provides a life of luxury in this envied seaside neighbourhood.
The Kitchen and Living are:
Inside, rich honey-coloured floorboards, a wood heater and downlights provide beautiful ambience, while the high, pitched ceilings give a glorious sense of space.
With a functional floor plan, the home includes a large open plan living area offering a fabulous atmosphere for family relaxation or entertaining and access onto a large 6 sq (approx) deck, a generous beech-look kitchen opposite the dining area and a children’s wing which includes their own living area or playroom. There is also plenty of secure, off-street parking for the cars and boat.
The Bedrooms:
The property sleeps seven with three bedrooms. The main bedroom and a second bedroom both contain queen sized beds. The third bedroom you will find a single bed and trundle. There is also a single fold out bed. All rooms are serviced with two bathrooms both boasting bathtubs and a laundry.
In close proximity to Number 16 Beach, famous for its spectacular surfing waves, this home is the ideal seaside luxury escape with lush garden surrounds for wonderful privacy and fully fenced.
Strictly No parties – No groups under 25 years of age.
