A stylish and well maintained second floor apartment to sublet in Los Feliz in a 1930's historic apartment building in a walkable neighborhood. The apartment is well placed for parks, shops, restaurants, the Los Feliz & Vista Cinemas and Griffith Park is just a 10min walk away. The University of Los Angeles, Los Angeles Film School and many public transport options are at your doorstep. This two bedroom apartment offers stylish and comfortable decor. It comprises of a spacious lounge room, dining room and has incredible light high ceilings and sunset views. The master bedroom has a portable air conditioner and the second bedroom has a standing work desk. Our apartment feels like a retreat- it is 2 bedrooms in an historic building. As I work in film my home is decorated with mementos from the work I have done on major feature films. It is arty and quirky, and I adore this apartment so close to everything. I love the easy walk to Vermont or Hillhurst, the light and it's quiet. I think it is the perfect place to spend a relaxing time while working or holidaying in Los Angeles. Also provided is internet Wi Fi, Netflix and Prime. We are a quiet, working professional older couple and the rest of the apartment block is occupied by professionals, so this is not really a place for parties. It is a home and so is perfect for a professional couple, or those working or as a base to visit relatives living here in LA. We would love to have you stay so please contact us with any questions.
