Live like a true Louivillian in this charming cottage, perfectly situated within walking distance of popular bars and restaurants of Bardstown Rd and the local eateries of Goss and Barret Avenues. Nulu, downtown, and Old Louisville are just a 5-10 minute drive away.
This 1945 cottage has been lovingly remodeled over the last year but still maintains much of its charm; including the original (and pretty squeaky!) oak floors.
Kitchen:
The kitchen has been beautifully remodeled with an eat-in bar that opens up to the living room. It is completely equipped for full meal preparation, including a microwave, 5-burner gas stove, dishwasher, stainless steel refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, blender, toaster, coffee maker and all pots, pans and silverware.
Living Room:
The living room includes a flat screen tv with a firestick ready to be connected to your streaming accounts. Download the app and you can play your favorite tunes through the Sonos speaker. The powerful mesh wifi router sends strong signal throughout the property; even the front and back yards.
Bedrooms:
Each bedroom is equipped with a large closet, a dresser, and a queen size bed. Bedroom 1 is equipped with a ceiling fan and measures 13'x12' and Bedroom 2 measures 12'x9'.
Bathroom:
The bathroom has a tub and shower and the hallway closet is equipped with extra towels and bedding items.
Basement:

For those seeking some nature, Cherokee park and its 409 acres of natural beauty and winding walking trails is a short 5 minute drive away. Explore the whole area and take in the beautiful historic mansions that surround it.
