Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

With 2,300 square feet of living space, this two-story ranch style home in Arvada, CO offers plenty of room for your group to spread out and relax. This retreat was thoughtfully designed to make your stay as cozy and enjoyable as possible. The main floor features four bedrooms and two and a half baths, ensuring that everyone has their own private space.
As you enter the front door, you'll be greeted by the bright and welcoming upstairs living room. This open concept space is filled with natural light from the sizable windows, and offers plenty of seating for your group to gather together. The non-functional, decor-only wood burning fireplace serves as a beautiful centerpiece for the room.
The dining and kitchen area is designed with entertaining in mind. The dining table seats six comfortably and the kitchen is fitted with stainless steel appliances and all the cooking essentials needed during your stay. Whether you're whipping up a home-cooked meal or simply enjoying a cup of coffee, this space has everything you need to make your stay convenient and comfortable.
UPPER LEVEL:
This home features three furnished bedrooms, each designed to ensure a restful night's sleep for you and your group.
Bedroom 1: The master suite, it comes complete with a comfortable queen size bed, end tables, and black out curtains. You'll also find an ensuite bathroom connected to this room, which includes a shower, toilet, and sink. Basic toiletries are provided for your convenience.
Bedroom 2: Located upstairs, it features a full-sized bed with plush linens, black-out curtains, and nightstands. This room is perfect for a couple or individual looking for a peaceful and private space to rest.
A second bathroom is also located upstairs, and includes a sink, toilet, and tub/shower.
Bedroom 3: This bedroom completes the upper level and is outfitted with a twin size bed. A twin trundle can be pulled out from under the bed to provide additional sleeping space. This room is ideal for a solo traveler or for children.
LOWER LEVEL:
Bedroom 4: This secondary bedroom offers a full-sized bed, nightstand, chair, and plenty of shelving space for your belongings. This room is a great option for those who prefer a little more privacy and quiet.
A half bath is located down the hall from the fourth bedroom, providing added convenience for guests staying in this part of the house.
The lower level living room is the perfect spot for relaxation and entertainment.
