La habitación es interior dando al patio principal en el cual puedes relajarte tomando un café o leyendo ya que el huésped puede hacer uso de éste lugar sin problema. En la habitación, a pesar de dar al patio, entra mucha luz y es muy silenciosa, lo que se convierte en un espacio estupendo para la tranquilidad y poder descansar; cortinas y persiana para una total intimidad. El baño de uso privado se encuentra dentro de la habitación, dividido en tres espacios distintos: zona de lavabo, zona privada para el inodoro y zona privada para la ducha, por lo que los huéspedes tendrán total intimidad incluso entre ellos mismos en este espacio.
El anfitrión vive en la planta de arriba y está disponible para cualquier problema o duda, por lo que el huésped estará solo en la planta baja de la casa sin cruzarse apenas con el anfitrión; tampoco lo hará con otros huéspedes dado que será el único en el alojamiento.
