3 Bedroom House in Eastward Look, Narragansett
Summer Beach rentals in Narragansett are in great demand. Reserve your special week as soon as possible. Our house comes nicely appointed with the basic kitchen amenities. All you need to bring are your linens. We are also pet friendly with some conditions. So don't forget your four legged baby.
Great Summer Rental in Scarborough Beach, Narragansett, RI - Leave the car in the driveway. You only have a five minute walk to the beach.
The cottage is a 3 bedroom, one bath house with a nicely appointed kitchen and great up to date furnishings. No musty odors. New central air conditioning system installed in 2020. The beach cottage has an outdoor deck and gas grill for great summer meals. Rinse off in the hot and cold running outdoor shower. Cable TV and high speed internet access is included. Plenty of off-street parking for your visitors.
We personally clean the entire house from top to bottom each May and between each vacationer during the summer to ensure the cleanest house possible. Many repeat vacationers bring their extended family.
Don't forget the family pet - they are welcome with some minor conditions. If you meet these conditions, there is a pet fee of $100 per pet per week. The pet fee of $100 is considerably cheaper than boarding your family pet for the week.
We have had a very positive experience renting our house to family's with pets. Usually, when we go into the house to clean, we can not tell if there was a pet in the house. I usually have to check my records. We are happy to offer this options to families with pets.
