The Space:
This 1,886 sq ft ground-floor apartment is perfect for a family or friends’ group. Located in New Port Richey, about 6 miles inland from the water (beach and ocean on the Gulf of Mexico–where you can see sunsets!) and 3.5 miles to historic downtown New Port Richey.
The apartment features:

The Summer Lakes community features a lot of little lakes and lush areas is where this apartment is located. You’ll be about 40 minutes north of Tampa and St. Pete/Clearwater Beach and also Busch Gardens
Theme Park which makes for a fun day trip. The beach is only about 6 miles west, on the Gulf of Mexico, so you can catch the sunset there, maybe a wild dolphin sighting, and there are great restaurants along the coastal towns and you’ll definitely award-winning restaurants and breweries in downtown New Port Richey, just 3.5 miles from the home! And lastly, you’ll be about 20 minutes north of Tarpon Springs which has lots of parks, lakes, and scenic areas for picnics and activities for all ages!

The apartment is in New Port Richey, Florida, a family-friendly residential area where you’ll find a variety of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, parks, golf, and of course beaches nearby. You’re also only about 40 minutes north of Tampa and St. Pete/Clearwater Beach area. Things to see/do in and near New Port Richey:
- BEACH: The nearest is at Robert K Rees Memorial Park/Green Key Beach. It’s the Gulf of Mexico, remember, so you can catch the sunset there! Maybe get a wild dolphin sighting. This is a 45-acre beachfront park & a 650-ft. boardwalk with mangroves, picnicking & a wildlife observation tower.
- PARKS|LAKES: Orange Lake is wonderful for a walk, outdoor events & concerts. Sims Park has been renovated with nice walking trails, a playground and splash pad for kids, exercise equipment for adults, boat launches, and fishing spot. Dogs are welcome in the park and around Orange Lake on a leash.
- BUSCH GARDENS: (40 min drive) Rollercoasters and rides for the whole family and an animal park for more than 200 species of animals and family-friendly live entertainment from world-class performers.
- WEEKI WACHEE Preserve & State Park: See live mermaids, take a trip on a riverboat cruise, learn about Florida wildlife, and swim in the pristine waters at Buccaneer Bay. You can also embark on a paddling adventure down the pristine waterway of the Weeki Wachee River.
- JAMES E GRAY PRESERVE: 80 acres of Florida wilderness and wildlife in the heart of New Port Richey.

Getting Around:
The apartment is about a 35-40-minute drive (31 miles) from the Tampa Bay International Airport (TPA) and 23 miles from St. Pete/Clearwater Airport (PIE) but could be a longer drive. The best is to check G@@gle Maps or Waze app to get the exact time of travel at the time you plan to go.

Other Things to Note:
Please note, that the community pool at the complex is not open at this time. Once open, we’ll remove this note. The beach, however, is 15 minutes away to enjoy some water activity!
Wi-Fi, SmartTV, parking, linens, and towels are provided free for guests during their stay.
Please note that for stays 21 nights or more there is a mandatory cleaning fee of 140 USD.
We do provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like: paper towels, dish sponge, dish soap, trash bags in all trash cans, some toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Please note that these items are not replenished so when you run out you will need to purchase what you need at a nearby store.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
Renters may be required to provide a government ID upon booking, on the day of checking in, or during their stay for identity verification.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pet-friendly property with a maximum of 2 pets only. Pets can be no bigger than 40 lbs. Must notify at time of booking if traveling with a pet.
Interaction with Guests:
You can check yourself in using the electronic door keypad. The access code will be sent within 24 hours of your arrival.
