Summertime is a three bedroom, three and 1/2 bathroom villa. The Villa is centrally located and close in distance to restaurants and shopping. This location offers a quick drive to all main locations in Cape Coral. It is about 20 minutes to Matlacha, 15 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 20 minutes to Florida International Airport.
