Catch the free bus outside your doorstep to reach Aspen Snowmass Ski Resort or to a myriad of hiking and biking trails. This bright and airy condo boasts gorgeous views and everything you need to enjoy a vacation skiing or summertime spent in the mountains. Gas fireplace, community pool, hot tub, and sauna, updated appliances, and plush bedding await your vacation plans!
As you step into our newly-redesigned and remodeled retreat, you'll be greeted by a bright, warm, inviting atmosphere. The living area is a cozy sanctuary, adorned with plush furnishings, gas fireplace, Smart TV, and large windows that frame the snow-covered slopes just outside. Whether you're curled up with a good book or sharing laughter with friends, this space is designed for relaxation and enjoyment. The fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for your group of up-to 6, boasting modern appliances and ample counter space. Prepare delicious meals and gather around the dining table to savor them, all while soaking in the stunning panoramic views of the mountains. Alternatively, step out onto the private balcony and breathe in the crisp mountain air as you take in the beauty of the surrounding snow-covered landscape.
The master bedroom is a sanctuary of comfort, featuring a luxurious king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is equally inviting with a queen-sized bed, mountain views, and a bathroom just across the hallway. After a day of adventure on the slopes, unwind in the community pool, hot tub, or sauna, providing the perfect remedy for tired muscles. Please note the pool is currently closed until Spring 2024, but the hot tub and sauna are open!

PLEASE NOTE:
- Seasons Four Condominiums is strict on the following rules: no pets; absolutely NO smoking inside the units, on the unit's balcony or within 25 feet of each building's entrance; and 9pm to 9am quiet hours. Owners will be fined for these violations and we will subsequently fine guests if any of these rules are broken.
-There is one small flight of stairs to go up from the parking lot to access the unit.
- There is one parking spot assigned to this unit and ample guest parking.
- Boutique Mountain Homes verifies identity and checks criminal databases for guests we host. After booking this space you will receive an email to complete your screening from our third-party guest verification company. By booking this space, you agree to complete this verification within 24 hours of booking.
- We require the home to be cleaned every 14 days, a service that is included in your booking payment. We will reach out to you after you book to schedule your additional mid-stay cleanings. If you would like housekeeping more than every 2-weeks, please reach out to us to pay and schedule this service.
