Summary: The penthouse room we stayed in was tired and in desperate need of an update, as did the main areas of the hotel. The breakfast was basic and one of the mornings exceptionally busy. If it hadn't been for the neighbouring Cumberland Hotel, where we could use their outside pool and bar area, the stay at the Suncliff would have been average at best.
