This renovated 4 bedrooms / 3 full bathrooms offers a fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, high-speed internet & a 200 SF terrace. It is surrounded by restaurants, cafés, shopping, and many attractions. Some free street parking can be found at times, but we offer other options located behind the apartment ($25 / night / car). The metro, Mont-Royal Ave, Mount Royal and St-Laurent Blvd are less than a 5 min walk. Whether it is for a family vacation or a business trip, this apartment is perfect.

Once you book this space, you will have access to the whole apartment which is located on the 3nd floor and top floor. There are 12 steps to climb on the outside and another 20 inside. There is NO elevator.
Le Plateau Mont-Royal is one of the most popular and vibrant places to stay in Montreal with plenty of shops and cafés, & "mom and pop" stores.
Le Metro Mont-Royal is 5 min walk. Taking the subway is the easiest and cheapest way to get around Montreal to avoid traffic and parking tickets.
Taxis or Uber are easily found in Montreal.

- This apartment has outdoor and indoor (facing parking in the back only) video surveillance front and back and noise monitoring inside (NoiseAware). No live feed. For break-in prevention only.

- Anyone under the age of 21 not accompanied by a parent will need to provide the parent or legal guardian's consent in writing.

- Parties are not permitted. If a noise complaint comes up, you will be notified and if the noise does not stop, you may be asked to leave.
IMPORTANT:
- With the rise of car theft in Montreal, anyone driving in should consider bringing a steering wheel lock bar or any other kind of device that could keep the car from driving. We have a steering wheel bar available that guests can borrow, as a courtesy. Additionally, anyone driving SUV's, especially Toyota Highlander, Honda CRV, any type of Lexus, Jeep (all kinds) or Toyota Rav4 Hybrid are encouraged to use indoor lots (the closest is located at 400 rue de Malines).
