Completely renovated in the spring of 2022, 23 West Beach Lagoon offers luxury, lowcountry vacationing at its finest!
As you walk in the front door, you’ll be greeted by an open-concept floor plan, views of the pool and patio beyond, new décor and furnishings, as well as luxury vinyl plank flooring that spans the property. The living area features comfortable furnishings for 6, a wall-mounted Smart TV and access to the patio through one set of sliding glass doors and access to the screened-in pool deck through another. **Fireplace is not for guest use.**
Two chairs sit on the patio, the ideal spot to sit for bird watching, along with a grill for barbecuing meals. The screened-in pool area offers loungers, an expansive deck, a table and 4 chairs, as well as a small kid's table where you can dine al fresco, and a pool. The pool can be heated for an additional fee.
The living area opens to the dining area with seating for 8. There is additional seating for 3 at the kitchen bar. Next to the dining area you’ll find a bar area and wine fridge.
The pristine kitchen features all new custom cabinetry, counters and high-end appliances. Beyond the kitchen is a breakfast table with seating for 4 and coffee bar with both a standard coffeemaker and a Keurig. There is also a laundry room/mud room which makes the perfect drop zone after a trip to the beach. There is also a newly built powder room for added for convenience in the spring of 2023.
To the left of the living area you’ll find the master bedroom. This room has a king bed, Smart TV, access to the screened-in pool area and a private bathroom. This completely remodeled bathroom features a large, tiled walk-in shower.
To the right of the living are you’ll find the two guest bedrooms. The king bedroom features a flat screen TV and a private bathroom with a renovated walk-in shower. The bunk room features two sets of bunk beds, flat screen TV and access to a renovated bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
The owners of the home have added a handicap accessible bedroom and bathroom for the spring of 2023. The bedroom features a king bed, chair and Smart TV. The attached bathroom has a handicapped accessible walk-in shower.
