Situated in the Lake District on the edge of the National Park Sunset View is a Victorian 3 bedroom terraced house located on a brow on the edge of Maryport with unsurpassed views of the Solway Firth across to Dumfries & Galloway and on a clear day to the Isle of Man.
The property offers on street parking and is ideally situated for days in the lakes and fells or day trips to the towns of Workington or Carlisle.
Why not visit Hadrian's Wall or drive up into Scotland or visit many of the attractions the area has to offer!!
The property consists of a three storey terraced house with three bedrooms, bathroom, living room, kitchen and utility room.
The property is accessed from several steps. The living room has three sofas, TV, DVD and a fireplace (there is a fireguard).
This leads through to the fully fitted kitchen with hob, double oven, pantry area with highchair, ironing board and iron. There is the usual crockery, cutlery, etc, including plastic plates, etc for children. The dining room table is also located in the kitchen.
The kitchen leads onto the utility room with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer and also the back door to the backyard. The bathroom is located downstairs and has a full sized bath with shower over.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, the front bedroom has a king size bed, fitted wardrobe and plenty of drawers and the rear bedroom has two single beds again with a wardrobe.
The top floor has the third bedroom which is a lovely large bedroom with a velux window with sea views. This has a king size bed and also a day bed for you to relax on. There is also a travel cot available, which will fit in any of the bedrooms (you will need to supply your own cot linen).
We do accept dogs (maximum of 2), these are charged at £15 per dog per stay.
We do accept bookings for less than the minimum 7 night requirement as set out in our pricing schedule, but these will be charged at a slightly higher rate than the nightly rate as above. Please contact us for information and pricing.
