Summary: Staff was not the nicest. A bit snippy when we checked in. No room service offered and was told that was because we had a 2 night stay. We had to ask for extra towels and trash bags due to this. Vending machines not working, laundry room out of order. The lady at breakfast never smiled and was cranky when asked a simple question about the toaster. Room was not very clean. Ceiling had tons of water spots/damage and cracks as if it was going to fall in above our bed. The place looks run down.
