Summary: Was not expecting much but desk person could not find my payment confirmation. They wanted me to cancel and rebook which is shady at best. Once that issue was resolved the room was ok. Non smoking room with the lingering odor of cigarette smoke. Final issue there was zero soap, shampoo or conditioner. At least provide the basics!
