Positive: Gaia was a kind and helpful host. She responded quickly to our questions and requests and was very flexible. The apartment had a cozy, homely atmosphere. It was nicely decorated and colorful, which made it a pleasant place to stay. It was well-equipped, especially the kitchen. The apartment was located in a gated, well-maintained area with beautiful greenery and a swimming pool. Although there wasn’t a dedicated parking spot, we never had any trouble finding a place to park on the nearby streets.
Negative: One of the few things that could be improved is replacing the cold, white light bulbs with warmer, cozier lighting. As people who always change into indoor shoes when entering a home, we found it important that the floors be clean — and in this regard, we did have some concerns.
