The Space:
This spacious 2 bedroom apartment of approximately 900 square feet is ideal for 4 guests. Located on the second floor of a charming, two family home built in the early 20th century that has been updated abs tastefully furnished. Here the “modern design” and the “rustic charm” mix perfectly. Hardwood floors and large windows throughout which provide lots of natural light.
All guests have access to the backyard, it’s quiet and beautiful, has a patio set, fire pit, garden, and beautiful trees along the property line.
Like most Maine homes, during the colder months the sweet retreat is kept at a comfortable 70 degrees.
Guest Access:

During warm weather months, guest are welcome to enjoy the outdoor patio/living area and help themselves to fresh produce and gorgeous flowers available (July-September) in our raised garden beds.
When the snow begins to fly, snow shoes and local trail details are available upon request.
Trash: There are trash cans under the kitchen and bath sinks. Please feel free to leave the trash in the bins. If they become full during your stay, please bring them to the trash bin beside the garage.

While we are close to most local amenities, it is most convenient to get around by car. If you’re comfortable walking 1-2 miles, we are located centrally to downtown Waterville and Colby College and in a walkable community with comfortable sidewalks.
