POOL|SPA:$100/daily fee (to include spa) to 82 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee)Spa only: $35/daily to 102 degrees. (On demand only and must be turned off after use) Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.
Pool and spa can not be heated at the same time. If one is heating, the other one isn’t. Please notify us when you are finished with the spa so that we can keep the heat going in the pool.
Payment can be made via another form of payment.
**Most of the year, heating is not needed except for the winter months upon request.

PETS: We are pet-friendly! Prior pet approval is required. Please reach out. Pet deposit is $200, $50 goes towards pet’s stay for the first pet, $25 thereafter. The rest of the deposit is refunded assuming there are no damages upon check out. Thank you.
EARLY CHECK IN/LATE OUT:If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $50, payment has to be provided upon request. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours, we will gladly accommodate for a $50 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate. All late check out requests need to be submitted before 8:30pm the evening prior to check out.
CHECKOUT DUTIES: If you could kindly start a load of pool towels and a load of white towels in the washing machines, put your trash in the trash bins outside and start the dishwasher. Thank you so much.
CHILD TRAVEL ITEMS: Being a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! We do provide pack and plays and high chairs complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour in advance notice. For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local vendor that can be of assistance. Please reach out to our team for details. Please note: Fees will apply for those items. Payable directly to the vendor.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
It can be very windy in the area, umbrellas MUST be closed when not in use or when windy. If umbrellas are broken due to wind damage, guests will be charged a replacement fee.
The pool can get dirty very quickly at times due to desert weather. We'll do our best to get the pool company out there as soon as possible.
The pool is not very deep and is not meant for diving. Please, watch your children closely in the pool, and swim at your own risk. Never let children unattended in the pool area.

• Please be considerate of the neighbors and keep voices and pool activities to be at a reasonable level. Continued and ongoing screaming or excessive noise for an extended time is one way to upset theneighbors.
• There is no use of outdoor amenities and/or outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 10 p.m. - 8 a.m. (NOISE AND ACTIVITY SHOULD NOT BE HEARD OUTSIDE AFTER 10 PM)
PARKING:
Renters and their guests should park on the driveway or directly in front of the property.
TRASH:
Trash and refuse shall not be stored within public view except in proper containers for collection.

I and the Pool Area Users agree to abide with the rules of The pool (“Pool Rules”). I Understand that landlord, its Officials, directors, agents, employees, volunteers and Representatives (collectively, “landlord”) retain the right To restrict access to the pool for the failure of any person to comply with the Pool rules. WARNING! THERE ARE OBVIOUS KNOWN DANGERS INHERENT IS SWIMMING ACTIVITIES. FOR EXAMPLE: PHYSICAL INJURY, AND IN SOME CASES, DEATH. I. I. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT I acknowledge that by using the pool I have read this Waiver & Release and that I understand the words and language in it. I further understand that this waiver & Release is intended to be broad and inclusive and Governed by the laws of the state of California, and i agree that if any portion is held invalid, the remainder of the Waiver & Release will continue in full legal force and effect. I further agree that the venue for any legal proceedings shall be in the county of Los Angeles, State of California.
