Situated in thepopular Tasman building, is this beautiful modern renovated 3 bedroom unit. Perfectly located only two blocks from the town centre, easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, cafes, Break Wall and Town Beach.
The unit features a large open living, dining area with large balcony withbreak wall and water views. Cook up a storm in the modern fully equipped kitchenwith microwave, dishwasher and large fridge and lots of bench space.
There is a king sized bed in the main bedroom with ensuite and ceiling fan, a queen sized bedin the second bedroom with ceiling fan and two single beds in the 3rd bedroom with ceiling fan.
The main bathroom has a large shower and bathtub and for your convenience there is a laundry with washer and dryer. The complex also offers a pool, security parking for 1 car and a lift.
Bedding: King sizedbed in the main bedroom, queen in the 2nd and a two single beds in the 3rd bedroom. All linen included.
This property does not allow pets, parties or smoking.
This property does not accept bookings for Schoolies, Sporting Teams, Hens parties, Bucks parties or any other party bookings. Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hubby, myself and our 4 kids had the best time. The location was spot on. Just walking distance to everything we needed. The bedding was set up fantastic to cater for us all. The amenities in the apartment were all clean and tidy. Definitely will be going back :) The lounge was super comfy as well. We loved everything of the apartment. Thank you so much :)
