TH10 at Emerald Beach Villas is a lakeview, air conditioned THREE BEDROOM townhouse of 1750 square feet, with a large patio looking directly at the lake. The unit is well located being only 100 feet from the beach and the same to the pool and hot tub. The unit is very clean and was built to a very high standard. The plan is bright and open. There is a double garage and a parking pass for one additional car.
The unit comfortably sleeps 7, and this is the MAXIMUM number of people permitted. The master bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, fireplace, door to upper patio, and a full lake view. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed and an extra-long single bunk bed. The unit has a large maple kitchen, and newer, higher end appliances. The dining room table comfortably seats 8. The living room has a 46 inch LCD HD TV, digital cable box with DVR, stereo with CD player and a DVD player with surround sound. Free access to a wired or wireless high-speed internet. The large patio has a beautiful deep seating arrangement with fire table and gas grill. There is also an en-suite washer and dryer, and all linens and towels are included.
Emerald Beach Villas was finished in 2003 and sits directly on the shore of Wood Lake, with 350 feet of sandy beach, a segregated swimming area and lots of grass area. There is a swimming pool, hot tub, fitness room, recreation room with a pool table and table tennis and an outdoor sport court. Wood Lake is six miles long, running from Lake Country to Oyama, and connects directly via canal to Lake Kalamalka, which is 14 miles long, stretching from Oyama to Vernon. We are also located beside a 20-acre park with a jogging track, and soccer and beach volleyball facilities. Access to the newly created Okanagan Rail Trail, which stretches from Vernon to Kelowna, much of it on the lakefront or Wood and Kalamalka lakes, is a few hundred feet away.
