Living Area - The cosy lounge has everything you need to relax; a comfy sofa, free WI-FI and Smart TV at your disposal. There is additional seating in the conservatory area.
Kitchen - The small yet perfectly formed kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook for two. This includes a compact fridge freezer, kettle and toaster, an all in one oven, grill, microwave and small 2 burner induction hob.
Bedroom 1 - Comfy king-size bed, with a freestanding bath. (Please note the bed frame is low to the floor).
Bathroom - Ground floor toilet, bath is located in the master bedroom along with a private quirky hot outdoor shower!
Grounds:
Located in the beautiful grounds of Dykebeck Farm, The Art Studio has a private garden at your disposal. Equipped with sun loungers and BBQ! Along with a private seating area hidden amongst the trees. It really is the perfect couples retreat.
Please note, there are stairs at this property and restricted heights in the bedroom due to this being in the eaves. The shower is located outside and is heated as photographed.
Parking: There is parking for one vehicle just to the right of The Art Studio.

Please note our resident black cat Luna may well pay you a visit, she is very friendly and more than happy to come inside for a fuss and snooze if she is allowed.
