This characterful converted barn overlooks the Dee valley to the Berwyn range of mountains beyond. It has it's own garden area and patio, and garden furniture, including an umbrella for use when needed. There is ample parking. The property sleeps two.
The barn is all on one level inside, but there are 2 shallow steps at the entrance.
Inside, there is a kitchen, equipped with washing machine and fridge freezer, a lounge, with TV and CD player, a 'galley' bathroom with shower and WC, and a double bedroom which has a four-poster bed.
The nearest shops are in Corwen (Approx.3 miles) and include a post office, a small supermarket, a butcher and a delicatessen.
The Llangollen steam railway now comes as far as Corwen and Llangollen itself (10 miles) hosts the International music Eisteddfod each year, in July, and just outside Llangollen you find the famous Horse Shoe Falls on the River Dee and the start of the Llangollen canal....a favourite area with canoeists. Snowdon is approx. 20 miles away. Chirk Castle and Erddig are National Trust properties in the area. Bala Lake is about 12 miles away. The Pontcysyllte Acqueduct (about 15 miles) is a World Heritage site, and you can either walk over it or book a narrow boat ride over it.
