This delightfully coastal 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condo is located in SeaSpray's beautiful Riverside building! From the ground level - walk outside your sliding doors and walk straight onto the pool deck... No need for elevators! The master bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bath with a roomy walk-in shower! The spacious guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. There's even cozy new carpet in both bedrooms! The kitchen is fully equipped and will satisfy any chef in your family. Enjoy the leisurely view of the boats sailing Ole River, watch the dolphins play (if you're lucky!) or play a game of tennis or pickleball on the newly resurfaced courts. The Perdido Key sunsets will truly take your breath away! It's just a short, safe walk across the street to the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, where you can enjoy 2 additional pools, a nice hot tub and a well equipped, beach front fitness center. This is a highly coveted location and will book up quickly!
