3 Bedroom House in Byrdstown, Monroe
Situated on a hill top over looking the great forest hills and Dale Hollow Lake,... 4x4 trail to Lakeside with a fire pit at the home and Lakeside,.. Plenty of deck space with a good size Jacuzzi, Basement and garage are closed up with our personal items and vehicles. Drive way is 20' wide and long which also circles around. In case you have runners in the group, the circle drive is 1/8th mile long and the drive into the land is impressive to begin with. We have a college style Glass Back Board basketball hoop set up. The TV is a Samsung 60" in the Living room with a large fire place. The Master Bedroom has a very nice stand up shower and another nice TV set up. The other rooms have TVs but they are not set up for cable.
We rent another home 80 yards away with a swimming pool between the homes, but we started renting that home out 3 years prior so they have dibs on pool. Plenty of trees divide the homes as there are only two houses within sight of each other. In case you have many people, we rent listing #'s 571268 and 1212162 out also. We've been fortunate to have some wonderful people stay in our other two spaces, so I'm hoping people are cool enough to share it. Dogs are welcome, we have two Labradors and don't go anywhere without our dogs. I think the pics will show you more, the trees have yet to bud and Leaf, but talk about a beautiful view,.. Beds are top quality and comfy and so is the rest of the furniture as we have lived here for 15 years.
