Welcome to our home! Located in the Linville Falls Mountain Club, this 3 BD 2.5 BA new construction home will certainly make you feel right at home. Situated 20 minutes from Downtown Marion and just a short drive to the Blue Ridge Parkway “The Boulders” is exactly what you are looking for in a quick escape from the busyness of life. The property faces the back of Linville Gorge and boasts a professional 18 hole disc golf course.
A beautiful screened in porch anxiously awaits your arrival for morning coffee or an enjoyable glass of wine from the local winery. Evenings are made for s'more's with our oversized fire-pit! Wildlife is abundant in this area and most mornings turkey and deer can been seen moving through the neighborhood.
The home is easily accessed and the neighborhood is mostly paved. The gravel driveway is not too steep and a flat driveway pad has been added for parking and easy turnarounds. The house only requires two steps up for entry. The large master bedroom is located on the main level of the home with a private bathroom. This home is outfitted with a tankless water heater for your enjoyment. A beautiful stone fireplace will keep you warm in the evenings while you curl up and watch TV or enjoy a game of checkers. The house does feature high speed Internet as well as streaming capabilities. A grill is also located on the back porch situated just right to enjoy seasonal views of the mountains.
Above the main level bedroom, features the best view in the house. This room has a queen bed with TV and hallway access to a shared bathroom. The last bedroom holds two sets of twin bunk beds.
Marion is known for its many weekend festivals. Linville Falls Winery is a short 10 minute drive away.
