**The Space** This 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom duplex includes a queen size bed in the master bedroom with a Smart TV. Enjoy full sized kitchen and laundry appliances and all the dishes and cookware you could need for your stay. Our photos have not been updated since the window units were replaced, but the home is heated and cooled by two mini split units located in the living room and bedroom. Both SMART TVS are equipped with Roku where you can stream your favorite streaming service with the security of Roku guest mode. We think you will love The Buzz Inn and will want to stay!

NO EVENTS, NO PARTIES, NO UNAPPROVED GUESTS!! We have a zero tolerance policy for on-site celebrations/events. If your intent is not what you expressed to the host in your official booking, you will be evicted immediately with police presence WITHOUT refund.
For your convenience, we provide a starter set of household essentials (laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, paper products, etc.) Should you run out, there are plenty of places nearby for you to pick up extra supplies.
Please remember you're staying in a house, not a hotel. We ask you treat our property with respect(think about staying with your in-laws for a week) to ensure that future guests can enjoy the house as well.
Enjoy parking for two vehicles in the driveway and find comfortable free spots for additional vehicles on the street.

**Getting Around** There are shops, pubs and diners within walking distance of the home. Downtown and Segra Stadium are about a 5 minute drive away. If you are heading to a baseball game, save yourself the parking trouble and catch a Lyft or Uber. The airport is about 11 minutes away and you can reach Fort Bragg in about 13 minutes.
