Summary: From the moment I exited my Uber, to the second I walked out of the door to leave, this hotel and its staff was sheer excellence! The front doorman helped me with my luggage as I arrived, then I was greeted with the warmest and kindest smile by the front desk. The hotel was very clean and our room was modern and well-equipped with everything we needed. I have stayed at a lot of hotels over the years, but this is by far my favorite so far! We arrived a bit early and they were kind enough to allow us to check in. The bed was comfortable. We had a nice view of Table Top Mountain. The room was spectacular. From the rainfall shower head to the comfy robe and slippers. It was so convenient to have a washer/dryer in the room as well. However, what made this an excellent stay was the hotel front desk staff. They were always pleasant to speak with and very warm and helpful. I will never stay anywhere else when I visit Cape Town. This will be the only hotel I'll book going forward.
