You can pick up the river path at the end of our block and it’s under a mile to Principle Park, Farmer’s market, East Village shopping and Court Ave food/drinks. Enjoy a view of the Capitol Building from the front yard or cross the street to enjoy the Disc golf course, park and splash pad with your kids or furry family members!
All 3 bedrooms and the full bath are located upstairs. The downstairs is spacious with an open kitchen, dining room and living room. The half bath is on the first-level, just off the entry way.

Summary: This house is in a perfect location. Beds are really comfortable, the half bath downstairs really convenient. There is huge park across the street that would be perfect for little kids and the trail along the river is only a few hundred feet from the front door. We sat on the patio every morning for coffee, it would have been nice to have cushions on the furniture but there is plenty of seating. neighborhood is really quiet. This is an old house, take that into consideration. If you are looking for a brand new, modern rental this is not it. However, it fit our needs and we would stay again.
